Do you know anything about Chugga a kitten from Fremont?

I adopted a kitten this year from an animal shelter in Fremont, CA. The name he had been given by whoever dropped him off was “Chugga” Do you know where he came from or his story? What kind of environment was he in prior to being at the shelter. Because anyone could make up a story please only respond if you know and please include some kind of information like his description or the month he was taken to the shelter or something to prove you know.
